Kalyan “Kal” Tirunelveli is a seasoned technology executive with 30 years of experience driving enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and global operations. His leadership journey includes key roles at Sabre, Hewlett Packard, Travelocity, and American Airlines, where he delivered scalable technology solutions and operational resilience across complex environments. Kal holds advanced degrees in Computer Science and Electronics Engineering and maintains multiple industry certifications. His approach to leadership centers on innovation, accountability, and building organizations that thrive in fast‑changing markets. Beyond his executive role, Kal is a certified tennis instructor and youth coach who is passionate about developing future leaders both on and off the court.

Ananyaa Gautham

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Ananyaa operates at the intersection of Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Strategic IT Consulting, driving the firm’s technical vision and cross-industry excellence. Her career includes developing communication systems at Nokia Siemens Networks and later working as an Independent Consultant. Ananyaa holds a Master’s degree in Engineering. Outside of work, she is a classical music instructor and enjoys baking and creative arts.
